Physical Keyboard Shortcuts

Arrow keys

Navigate through the grid.

Space

Switch between Number mode and Notes mode.

Ctrl/Cmd + Z

Undo in Number mode

Ctrl/Cmd + Y

Redo in Number mode

Hover over square

Hover over the active square and click the numbers to add notes.

Navigating the Puzzle

Select a specific cell by clicking on the grid, and type on your keyboard to enter numbers. Pressing backspace will delete the numbers in the active cell of the mode you are in. Selecting a filled cell will highlight all the same numbers in the rest of the grid.

Number Mode

In this mode, numbers you type into the grid are full-size answers. Grid highlights will appear in purple. You can use the undo and redo buttons in this mode.

Notes Mode

In this mode, numbers you type or select will appear as smaller text inside the cell. Grid highlights will appear in orange. On desktop, you can click on the same number again to remove it. On mobile, you can select the cell and type the number again to remove it.

Hints

To check an answer, click on the Hints menu at the top of the puzzle.

You can check a single number or the whole puzzle. Whichever square you are clicked into is what will be checked.

Incorrect entries will show in red. For correct entries, a pop up will confirm your number is right and make it bold.

Revealing a number will place correct entries in the square where you are selected. This will add the number to the puzzle permanently.
